We Christians celebrate Jesus' birth, a birthday, a new beginning. A party needs to be prepared. We want to gain experience with you - darkness and light, silence and speech, design and perception with all senses, inside and outside, and we want to let everything that we have experienced flow into a Christmas party with you....

Sr. Bernadette Dunkel and Sr. Dorothee Laufenberg, SSpS will accompany you through the Christmas holidays. You can take part in individual offers or go through these days together with other participants.

Our Christmas program:

• Opportunity to participate in community prayer times – morning praise with all the senses
• An "outdoor" activity
• Participation in shaping the liturgical space (e.g. building a crib, a labyrinth...)
• Participation in the Christmas mass with bibliodramatic elements
• Daily guided exercises in awareness
• Morning physical exercises (elements from Thai Chi; yoga and physiotherapy) (optional)
• Christmas party with dancing, singing and good food
